Prague’s Exhibition Grounds at Holešovice at February will once again belong to the supporters and friends of gastronomy, hotel industry and travelling.

The 12th annual Trade Fair TOP GASTRO & HOTEL will present itself at the 15th – 18th of February 2018 at the Exhibition Grounds at Prague – Holešovice. This gastronomic exhibition is one of the most attractive events, which was proven last year with 184 exhibitors from 19 countries.

Gastronomical Trade Fair TOP GASTRO & HOTEL is traditionally an inspiration for the modernisation and equipment of hotels and other accommodations and catering facilities. The innovations in equipment and operations of gastronomical facilities will be presented for the professionals and public alike by companies such as Gastrotechno Group, s.r.o.; TeS, spol. s r.o. The Future belongs to quality services! One of the latest most important topics of our time is also a name of the HORECA Professionals Conference, which is being organized by the magazine for professionals in hotel industry and gastronomy Gastro&Hotel profi revue, the Trade Fair organizers Incheba Expo Prague and with the support of 100proGastro. Experienced lectors and personas from the gastronomy and hotel industry will talk about their experience with the quality in the industry, Personal Information Protection, the future of gastro online marketing, ten commandments of a successful manager GASTRO KAIZEN, how to create a high-quality staff or about the issues of shared economy (such as AirBnB).

Part of the gastronomy exhibition are of course the tastings of exotic and unusual dishes and good food and drinks. TOP GASTRO & HOTEL 2018 will bring all of this to its visitors. The Top Gastro guests can prepare their taste buds for snail specialties, avocado harmonies of the Mexican cuisine or the Greek specialties from the Aegean Sea. The more finer tongues can be caught at the chocolate tasting coupled with the lecture about the history and chocolate manufacturing, praline production, marzipan workshop, chocolate river and chocolate dress – all in the exhibition stand of the Chocolate and Marzipan museum of Tábor.

The whole Exhibition will be underlined by a rich accompanying program. Visitors can join the school of carving fruits and vegetables under the lead of the masters in the field or cheer for the professionals in the bartender show organized by the partner of the Trade Fair, the Czech Bartender Association.

The TOP GASTRO Exhibition with the auspices of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Czech Republic, the Food Chamber of Czech Republic, the Agrarian Chamber of the Czech Republic, the Czech Association of Hotels and Restaurants, the Association of Chefs and Confectioners of Czech Republic and the Waiters Association of Czech Republic and will be held traditionally parallel with the 27th annual Central European Tourism Exhibition Holiday World. Strong synergy of tourism, gastronomy and hotel industry will reveal to our visitors the current trends and innovations in not only the regional kitchens and specialties, but also the presentation of the gastronomy culture and life style.
